  • the hallway are very dark the sensors are not fast enough to light the hallway. the hallway is very dark you need to have a night light at all time. that will allow the guest to see if there is anyone outside.

  • Reception staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful (to help us find parking - the hotel lot was full). Family room was a nice, big size for a couple + baby - plenty of space. The terrace was also spacious with a great view of the ocean.

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing to reception:

If a cancellation is made:

  • 72 hours before the arrival date, there will be no charge
  • Less than 72 hours to 24 hours before the arrival date, the amount for the first night of the stay will be chargeable
  • Less than 24 hours before the arrival date, the completeness of the stay will be due.
Visitor's tax

Our rates do not include the city tax. This is payable at the hotel (2.05€ per day per person)

Arrival and departure

Keys are available from 3 pm on the day of your arrival and should be returned by 11.00 am on the day of your departure.

Responsabilities

We would like to bring it to your attention that the rental of furnished apartments does not fall within the responsibility of the hotel. As a result, L’Adresse cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage to personal effects in our property, whether in the apartments, bed rooms, car park or common areas.

There will be no reimbursement for nterrupted or shortened stays which have already started.

All of our prices are inclusive of tax and can be modified in the event of a VAT increase or a change to the tax system that governs the services.
