Emergency calls : 15 (medical emergency), 17 (police), 18 (fire brigade) and 112 (all emergencies) are accessible for free.

Mini Bar

You will find a minibar in your room (inside the fridge) prices are listed behind the bottles.
Please inform the front desk assistant at checkout if you consumed any minibar drinks.

If you can’t find what you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to visit the Bar l’Adresse on the ground floor!

Kitchenette

Most of our rooms and suites have a kitchenette equipped with fridge, microwave oven, kettle,ceramic hob, dishwashing liquid and cook ware.

This service is at your disposal.
If you wish to use the kitchenette, please wash and put away the dishes before leaving the room.

*** To avoid any surprises or disappointments, and to prevent abuse,
A charge of €50 may be applied if the dishes have not been washed***.

A coffee machine is available.
** If you need extra capsules, we sell them at reception**.

You can have dinner at the bar or on your room with our hand-made jar meals, which can be easily warmed up in the microwave.
Please ask the front desk for more details.

The city of Saint-Malo recycles waste. We kindly ask you not to put glassware in the bin but to set it aside instead.

In an ecological approach, and in order to reduce plastic waste, we have replaced plastic water bottles with reusable glass bottles.

These are available free of charge during your stay and can be purchased at reception.

Please leave it in your room at the end of your stay.
The amount of €15 will be charged to your card if the bottle is not in the room after your departure.

Electricity

To switch on the lights in your room, you will find a box in the entrance where you will need to insert your room card to activate the electricity.

Remember to remove the card from the box to save energy.
The sockets and air conditioning remain switched on.
