Breakfast
Our buffet breakfast is served from 7.30 to 10.00 a.m on weekdays, and from 7.30 to 10.30a.m on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Please confirm your breakfast the day before for the following day if this has not been done on arrival.
If you wish to have breakfast in your room (at an additional cost), please order at the reception the day before and make your choice by hanging the breakfast order sheet outside your door.
PLEASE NOTE: During busy periods (especially in summer) we may not be able to provide this service.
Bar Lounge
Bar is open until 0030. We have a selection of alcoholic and soft drinks: wine, champagne, beers, sodas, tea, coffee. You can have your drinks in the bar lounge or in your room. Still filtered water is available for free.
For your conveniance, the water fountain is not accessible to our guests. Please do not hesitate to contact the members of our team to refill it.
Baggage deposit
You can leave your luggage at the front desk before check-in or after check-out, with no extra charges.
Landry
Washing machine (laundry detergent included), dryer, ironing is available in the laundry room on the ground floor.
Dry cleaning services are available on request. Please contact our reception team for more information.
Cigarettes / Smoking
The entire establishment is non-smoking. We kindly remind you that smoking or vapoting is strictly prohibited in all the hotel premises. Thank you for respecting this ban.
Internet
WIFI is free in all hotel areas. You will find your WIFI access code on your room card (up left in the paper part).
Newspapers
A selection of regional and national newspaper is available near the reception desk.
Leisure
Do not hesitate to contact the reception desk for any request concerning guided tours, bike rental, horse riding, museums, ferry reservations etc.
Seagulls
Please DO NOT FEED the seagulls, they can be dangerous.
Baby
Baby cots are available for free upon request (subject to availability). For babies’ comfort, we also provide changing mats, baby bathtubs and high chairs (subject to availability).
Pets
Pets are welcome under your supervision (at extra cost). However, they are not allowed in the breakfast room. They must be on leash inside the hotel and cannot be left alone in the rooms.
Parking
Private indoor car park with direct access to the hotel is available at extra cost, please contact the reception desk for more information. We strongly suggest you not to leave any valuable items in your car and lock all doors. No liability will be assumed by the hotel in case of loss, burglary or damages to your vehicle.
Rain
You will find some umbrellas in the lobby, which are to be put back in the basket after use.

For any technical assistance during your stay, please contact reception or dial 9.
Security
If the fire alarm starts, keep calm and head to the emergency exit USING THE STAIRS. Do not try to take your personal belongings with you. Do not use the lift. The hotel staff is trained to follow security measures and will give you instructions. An evacuation plan is displayed in the corridors. Each room and common part have smoke detectors. The hotel has a CCTV system according to the legislation in force.

Our hotel accepts the following credit cards: CB, VISA, MASTERCARD. We do not accept American Express or bank cheques.
